Transition Level was formed out of a realization that the world is facing a number of transitions and that we are largely not ready for what is ahead. It is an attempt to ever-so-slightly assist organizations in managing the present and the future better.
The Transition Level is a metaphor from the aviation industry. As Jon Ostrower of The Air Current has said, there’s always an aviation angle – that applies more than ever today, and there are many lessons that the aviation industry can bring other industries.
